Idea Research Assistant (Full-time)
Job Description
Assist Idea Research employees in developing and optimizing existing products and campaigns:
- Find new design ideas for existing products via the Internet, market or competitors
- Convert existing designs into different products
- Work with company’s designers to visualize product designs
- Responsible for the design file management of the Designer (spelling, checking the quality of the designs and finalizing the product on a daily basis)
- Create social media contents for the newly launched product
Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate in Marketing, International Business, Business English or relevant fields
- Toeic 600 or Ielts 6.0 -> Focus on reading comprehension skill
- Know how to do market research and competitive analysis
- Interested in E-commerce field, understand US culture and audience
- CREATIVE in product design with a good sense of color and layout composition
- Good at creating social media content like Tiktok, FB, Insta

- Salary: 8,500,000 - 13,500,000/month + bonus based on work results
