Job Description

- Planning email content messaging strategy, coding, deploying and testing email communications as well as digging into marketing analytics to understand what is working for different audiences and where there is area to optimize.
- Use analytics across all channels to improve engagement with our content, identify opportunities to improve UX/UI design, track web performance (Google Analytics data) and initiate activities for improvement.
- Managing and writing content posts on the official website and social media.
- Manage end-to-end digital projects.
- Collaborate with a KOL or influencer in-store for brand building and product promotion.
- Keyword Analysis, Research, and Copywriting: Extensive experience with keyword research. This includes knowing how to identify the least expensive, yet most profitable keywords for sites – whether we are running a pay per click (PPC) campaign, or want to improve organic search results
- Conduct keyword research and SEO writing based on best practices, e.g. where to place keywords in copy so that it gets the most SE traffic, how to write effective headlines and how to write effective call‐ to‐action statements.
- Understand client needs and objectives and translate them into clearly articulated strategies and effective online marketing programs.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, International Business, Business English or related fields

  • Toeic 600 or IELTS 5.5. Focus on reading & comprehension skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent written communication skills for producing high quality content.

  • Understand long-term brand goals, identify target audiences, and have a creative mindset for ideating the design of campaigns.

  • Knowledge of ideating, building, and running paid brand awareness and user acquisition campaigns.

  • Knowledge of social media content boosting, ad dashboard creation, and assisting the social media team in monitoring each channel and staying on top of necessary analytics to optimize their organic approach.

  • In-depth knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Knowledge of SEO, pay-per-click and paid social campaigns

  • Interested in E-commerce and culture of US-UK

  • Creative working attitude, flexible to absorb and apply new knowledge

  • Be responsible for work, proactively handle issues related to their work with related departments

  • Determine the direction of self-development at work. Share new ideas to improve work
