Business Analyst (IT)
Job Description
We're seeking a Business Analyst to transform business requirements into functional IT systems and hardware that optimize internal processes and overall business performance. This role requires creative thinking, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to maximize our IT investments.

- Provide models and solutions based on the collected requirements.
- Convert and maintain the requirements/needs into technical models/terms/documents.
- Communicate project specifications and implementation requirements to internal stakeholders using reports, timelines, graphics, and other formats
- Responsible for the review application test scripts, scenarios & test plans that validate initial business requirements
Requirements
1. Education, Experience & Professional Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in at least 3 projects, including 1 project from scratch.
- BA overall skills (gather requirements, create technical documents)
- Experience in collaborating with the Development Team.
- Experience working with popular databases (MySQL/Oracle/MSSQL) including querying data, writing functions/stored procedures, etc…
- Experience in UI/UX and a user-centric mindset.
- Experience in proposing/designing the solution/system architecture would be an advantage.
- Experience in working with e-commerce systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile, Scrum).
2. General Skills
- Good command of English
- Good logical thinking ability, critical thinking, negotiation skill, proactive and high sense of responsibility in work.
- Good communication and teamwork, being able to work with multiple projects.
- Willing to learn new things and take ownership of some specific domains.
